She was knowledgeable and educated and helped me choose limits to make sure me and my son were well covered should we ever need services in case of an accident or a breakdown. "I have been a State Farm insured for over 35 years. I have always felt State Farm was "Like a Good Neighbor" and was 100% there for me. Recently, I moved to Florida and changed my SF insurance agency to Cindy Ferrara. I dealt with Cindy Ferrara herself.... Big mistake on my part. Terrible attitude she had. She was heavily heavily pushing / pretty much demanding enrollment in State Farm's Drive Safe & Save® offering. In short, she is the very worst Insurance agent I have had in my 35+ years with State Farm. >Caution-> Especially, if you are new to the State of Florida... DO find a different State Farm Agent locally. Avoid having Cindy Ferrara State Farm Insurance Agent, migrate over your Auto Insurance Coverage. She is not "Like a Good Neighbor" by any means.."
